Useless rude people working here unable to help in any way (blaming it everything on their policy’s and the hotel properties) won’t ever stay at any of their hotels again
I tried to use the app. It works great for the 30 nights I booked and paid for over the last 12 months. Once you find a problem- good luck. This app should be has helpful as the staff the hotels I stay at - not an excuse to ignore customers with loops. And take down this notice and put up an accurate one that says you don’t care until someone disputes a credit card charge.
Oscar, from the Hilton Customer Care is outstanding. He helped us find a hotel close to us that we needed and was amazing going out of his way to help us plan our route and reach our destination. He stayed with us on the phone even though his shift had ended so that we had the correct reservation number and address. Thank you Oscar!
I was a patient of Rutherford pain, Dr Cooney Calmare therapy in E. Rutherford. On his website this hotel was rated #1 last year by his patients. I had to travel there and stayed at this hotel Monday, Tuesday and Kate checkout Wednesday. January 3-5th. Tamara was the one I had to call back and speak to because the woman who took my reservation said she didn’t see a discount for this doctor. I felt valued as a Hilton Guest. chatted mulitple times, I wish though that they would contact the hotel directly if it was something the hotel must anwser. Thats what they are for. I don't want to do it. Use them
