I fully understand it's a small private practice but literally have been trying to get my son in since last May 2025 it is now March 2026. Every appointment we have had has been rescheduled and cancelled so besides the initial phone call which took 5 months to get and was rescheduled 3 times. We have not had any luck. Was supposed to have testing done in January it was cancelled the morning of they were supposed to call to reschedule never did. If I could give zero stars I would! We had high hopes but in the end we were let down! We had testing done back nearly 3 months ago! We paid all our invoices and did everything we were asked! We heard nothing from the provider/practice! No results! Nothing! I had called as well as my child’s PcP and still not so much as a call back! This is beyond unprofessional and incredibly infuriating!!! I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone!
