Lovely old type shop, thought it would be the best place to buy a new smaller camera . Initially pleased with my purchase despite being a higher price then expected. Advised it would be easy to down load the photos to my ipad or phone for editing. Sadly try as I might I cannot pair the camera. Husband popped back for advice but sadly returned with it still unable to download to another device. It was a lot for me to pay for a camera that I cannot use!! And just sits in its box. Really lovely helpful staff. My camera wasn’t working and this was sorted straight away. Really great service and great customer service. Highly recommend. 😁
So refreshing to get such excellent customer service. Unfortunately they did not have in stock the product I needed but they phoned me within an hour of me placing my order to advise they would order them but in the meantime would not process my payment and if I managed to get the product elsewhere they would cancel my order. They were so polite and helpful - thank you.
