Highly recommended luxurious staycation place in the heart of Little Queen Street Melbourne CBD with comfortable room and nice breakfast experience at Luci. Overall, a 3 star experience. When we arrived, there was no one to assist with the luggage. Also appears this hotel does not have a concierge. The rooms are decent, though bad upkeep. The window roller shutters keep getting stuck, need to manually pull and push. The shower hose was leaking throughout our stay. Housekeeping does shoddy work, most days water not refilled, rooms not cleaned. All in all, would recommend to stay at either Pan Pacific or W Hotel.
