It's ok but with the name Hilton you would expect a bit more
Absolutely beautiful staff so accommodating and welcoming, nothing too much trouble, every staff member we interacted with from check-in to check out including coming across them in the halls and lifts acknowledged us with a smile and this made for such a pleasant stay. Lovely immaculately clean rooms, supremely comfortable beds. Highly recommend, convenience to the tram stop made pretty much everywhere around Melbourne extremely easy to navigate and accessible. Went here for a breakfast meeting and the room was comfortable, food was excellent and overall a positive experience.
Lovely hotel ,great location and very kind and professional staff. JENNIFER from housekeeping is a true gem her energy and her smile and her level of commitment is exceptional.
