I have had to work with challenging contractors in the past. Hilton and his team are incredibly professional, dedicated to getting the job done without cutting corners, reliable, and do an excellent job! They always followed up, actively solved problems with our input, and worked to improve any situation that wasn’t going well. Mr. Rubin decided to terminate the contract on our new home that he was building 3 days before closing. We were cleared to close and ready to move. We'd even paid for upgrades in the home. Non-refundable. He is manipulative and unethical. There were roadblocks and delays every step of the way and now we have a terminated contract to no fault of our own. I'm sorry if you choose him to build your home. There are many other great builders to choose from.
I would not recommend this company. If I could leave zero stars I would.
