Worst experience of my life. Had to pay upfront for pickup and delivery, after a week they have not looked at my mower, when I insist they return it since they aren t doing anything they start making up a pile of things that are wrong (I only asked for a new blade and battery) and tell me they have to talk to a lawyer before returning it since I won t go along with the repairs they want to make.
