Extremely friendly and hard working staff. The biggest problem and why you shouldn't stay there is the General Manager. My work has taken me to hundreds of hotels and restaurants and I can honestly say she was the rudest and basically the meanest manager I have ever seen. This woman has no right being in the hospitality business since she obviously doesn't know what hospitality is. This place is great! We stopped here twice on a road trip from Miami to north Georgia. It's nice to break up the trip and be casual about it. The Hilton is excellent for a family with small kids. Lots of room in the rooms. We also had our dog. Area seems super safe and has 4 gas stations off the exit. The staff is very nice.
The nite staff was rude. We went to Fairfield and were treated so special. Glad we went there. We ended up using Fairfield for our overnights whenever possible for the rest of our vacation.
This is a great H2S we have been to before. Rooms are clean, dogs excepted and convenient and quiet location. Beds were comfortable.
