We LOVE Hampton Inn & Suites so when we needed a room last min we decided to stay here. The location is good but it is hands down the worst Hampton Inn I have ever experienced. It’s a cheap motel with the Hampton logo. NOTHING about this stay is in keeping with the typical experience. Everything was pretty clean and the location is great- that’s the star. We asked 2x on our stay for house keeping and nothing was done! Our stay was for 3 nights and 4 days!! We had to go get clean towels, toilet paper, etc! The rooms are very outdated including the tv! Our window shades were not working properly due to damage on the control panel. We wont be staying in any other Hampton Inn!
Probably the dirtiest Hampton inn location I have ever stayed at. Rooms are dirty, old and in dire need of repair, signs in the hallway are held on by tape, they should put some money back into the hotel at this price point.
The hotel had black mold in vent, rooms are dirty. It is right next to the highway and you hear traffic all night
Booked a room for 3 nights that listed "sleeps 5". Arrived with my wife and 3 kids to find 2 double beds, and no pull out bed. Asked front desk and showed them the Hilton official booking page that stated it sleeps 5, and he just said that corporate would need to fix the website and they didn't have any rooms that slept more than 4. We left a day earlier than scheduled due to lack of room for the kids to sleep.
