I can’t believe this builder still in business!
Poor customer service and used cheap quality material.
Really happy that I chose Hilton Homes to be our builder. The house was completed couple of months before the expected completion date and we moved in at the right time. The process of selecting the interior was smooth but I wish that they had more options. Marc made the move in process easy, especially for someone who is a first time home buyer. DO NOT BUY FROM HILTON Buying a house from Hilton was the dumbest decision ever. They have hidden prices, hidden clause, poor management and pathetic policies. Ignore me at your own risk
In the process of building with Hilton homes and to say we are having a terrible experience with them is an understatement. They don’t honour their word and absolutely couldn’t care less about customer service! Please do yourself a favour, read previous reviews and RUN don’t walk away from them. Built with another builder before and the process was seamless. I definitely regret going with them, would NEVER EVER recommend them!
