Terrible experience I buy home from Hilton Flooring ripoff itself in three months. I call them many times but they didn’t reply . They send there guy after a year. And told me to repair my self with hammering on joint. I go to there office they put everything on flooring guys. After two year I got a email . In email company told me I damaged the floor with my thumb nail. According to then I hit floor joints with my thumb. Very disappointing experience with Hilton Homes. Communication has been poor from the start, and multiple concerns about workmanship and unfinished items were dismissed rather than properly addressed. Ongoing issues with paint, stucco, and driveway delays. Not recommended.

From the day we took possession of our new Hilton Homes home, our experience has been disappointing. Many things were either never communicated to us or, when we raised concerns, they were dismissed or the responsibility was shifted back onto us. One of the first issues was pigeons living inside our garage. There were bird droppings and eggs that clearly appeared to have been there before we moved in. Took possession almost a year now and our neighbours who bought a house and move in the same time as us they still haven’t had their final grade so we are stuck not being able to finish our back yard, summer is almost over and still nothing. Contact them via email and was told they are going to get at it but they only came out and drive stakes in the ground with the level sign and didn’t come back

Updating my review as of July 2026, as we have water damage to our roof due to initial installation of the roof in 2022. Missing flashing on the sides to close off exposed wood, as well as there was random holes in the shingles that they just covered with a silicone. Have to get a fully new roof installed on our home. Purchased our home during peak COVID. Some delays as expected with the process and possession. However been in our home for almost 2 years now and can say Hilton is a very high quality builder.
