I appreciate the design and layout of their houses, I believe the quality of materials used falls short of expected standards and they are never responsive to any claim. I will not be recommending them for anyone
VERY POOR SERVICES!! DON'T BUY HOME FROM HILTON It's been more than a year they didn't fix any defects. I put so many service requests and they always respond to fix it. But I never see anyone who came to fix these defects. The main door and garage access door had gaps from the beginning and we spent the whole winter with chilly winds coming in from the doors. These doors are still not fixed. I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY HOUSE FROM THEM!
It’s been 2 years since we bought our first home from Hilton. Very disappointed by their customer service and the quality of product they used for building our home. We paid them $2200 for upgrade in our washroom of master bedroom. We wanted a sliding glass door for our bathroom. They put a $250 glass sliding door. Which looks so cheap in quality. Edit to my review below. Contrary to the response nobody from Hilton ever came to house to look at issues nevermind fix them. It has all been out of our own pocket. We now are now on year 6 of the house and in the last 6month we had roof tiles blow off, window that lost it's seal and has water inside. And now we found a foundation leak in basment. Both Spencer and Jamie were amazing to work with. They answered all our questions and got us information in a timely manner. Made sure everything worked the way we wanted it to and made the process easier than expected. I would highly recommend dealing with them!
