A beautiful pool—crystal clear water, wide lanes, neat changing rooms. Attentive instructors, parking nearby. I give it 5/5.
Lavish facility and lovely staff. The gym is nice and quiet majority of the time and they have a sauna within close proximity too which is ideal for recovery. They clearly prioritise safety and water cleanliness too as I’ve noticed the staff would routinely perform pool and jacuzzi water tests. The manager Sebastian is also very professional and always happy to help when needed. Seb was extremely welcoming and friendly, he is very professional and took very good care of us! We previously moved address to Newport but hopefully will be moving back to Cardiff to become a full time member!
