I’ve been a patient at Hilton Health Care for over 10 years, but since they switched to Rochester Regional Health and created a new team, the quality of care, communication, and customer service has declined significantly. It’s very disappointing. I don’t usually write reviews, but I would not recommend this office. I will be moving to a new practice in the near future.
This place charges $294 for a doctor visit + $650 for a flu/covid test = $944 to say I don’t have flu or covid. And if anyone needs labs done they should consider labcorp because they do the tests without a doctors referral for a fraction of the cost.
