AWFUL Service!!! Ive waited 35 to 45 minites to see Dr. Zoghlin with a half hearted excuse. Today my daughter was 7 minutes late due to a traffic jam and was told sarcastically by Karen that you have to reschedule. Furthermore...Karen is ALWAYS very rude and snarky to my daughter as well as myself. She seems to thins she has the right to treat us any way she likes as she does NOT have any structure from management . Now that they have management Rochester Regional Health in charge of them...Maybe they wont get away with... read more
