I had never been to Hilton Head before prior to my trip booking with HH Vacation Rentals. When we first arrived, I ended up being supplied the package of someone else with the same name as me. We we got the property we were turned away because obviously we didn't have the right paperwork to enter. After calling the emergency line (which I'm glad they provide) I was directed to what I thought was the right property. We spent our first night in a huge townhome right by the ocean.
