NP Kathleen was excellent. Knowledgeable, professional and caring. She administered a steroid shot to the ankle and told me it might be a little painful. Her warning helped prepare me for a mild discomfort.
Kate was extremely thorough and kind. She Showed me and my son the exact breakage of his wrist. She showed us both his X-rays and kept him intrigued on his pain and care. He thought it was so cool to get a cast. Kate really made sure we were comfortable and she was so knowledgeable about our care and future appointments. 10/10 recommendations. Liz the casting tech had a fun and engaging personality. She kept the environment fun, entertaining and kid friendly.
