Rude. Dr Chatlain actually hung up on me after me simply expressing that I wanted to avoid certain treatments another physician had recommended. Never in my life has a doctor or healthcare facility hung up on me. Extremely insensitive for somebody going through a lot of health issues and I’m just looking for someone to be kind and help me. Now they won’t answer my calls back.
Very Rude and Unprofessional, no patience, no manners.
I’ve been with Dr. Chatlain for 3 years now. She is kind and shows care and concern for all aspects of her clients’ care. I highly recommend her.
Completely incapable. Short tempered and rude staff.
