This company was always responsive and excellent service. Several of us in the family continue to use them for many years. They have been great especially when we have had guests and there have been issues peace of mind when we are off island.regular maintenance has kept everything in great shape. Thank you!
Well, let's begin with our AC problem that began in July, they were very prompt at responding and replaced the part without asking while I was at work ...kudos to them for that much, and when I recieved the bill for $169.00 on August 6, I called and paid it immediately over the phone with my credit card. I discovered on my bill in September that they actually charged me $218.65, not $169.00 as billed yet I did not call them as they were still working to figure out an ongoing AC issue at our home.
