This has been hands down the absolutely worst experience EVER. We went to the ER at 8:30-8:45 with a 15 month old showing symptoms of a possible concussion. By 12:45 we still had not seen a doctor. It would be better to drive to Savannah then come here.

In addition, they fraudulently billed $2600 for the making of a splint when I was just provided a $400 boot. Despite hours of calls to their billing office and Aetna, they refused to correct their error. I would avoid this ER and Hospital unless absolutely necessary.

At about that time, a patient arrived and was placedin the adjacent care area, with three ... read more
I went in cause I was severely dehydrated over food poisoning while we were traveling, and they got me back right away. The nurses in the ER were great and very attentive to my needs.
