Thoughtful and thorough service every time I go there.
Seven months in and I’ve replaced nearly everything. I bought a used truck from them in February 2025. On the surface it looked solid — drove fine on the test drive and the records checked out. Fast forward 7 months and I’ve already replaced the whole front suspension (upper/lower control arms, ball joints, struts, shocks), the front differential, fuel pump, transmission, and now the head gasket has failed and warped a cylinder. Very professional visit. Service advisor, Kevin Crouse kept me informed during my visit and was courteous and pleasant. Very happy with Hilton Head Honda and their staff. Top notch!!
It took my wife and I several months to determine the car we wanted, down to the full spec. After that, though, we needed to find the vehicle we were going to purchase. Following a couple days of intense research and planning, we had a couple of deals on the table and decided to go with Chris T, who was incredibly accommodating. Overall, it was a great experience—thanks again, Chris, for getting us into our Pilot!
