Hilton Head Honda’s Service Department was great. However, when I called to report that I was on the road with a flat tire and needed a tow, I was connected to someone at a Honda call center instead of the dealership. The representative began asking questions like, “What size tire do you have on your car?” — which didn’t make sense in that situation.
