Excellent service at Hilton Head Honda. Easy to make appointments, text reminders and follow up, and reasonable service time. Staff very friendly and helpful. Waiting area clean with coffee and snacks. Good explanation of car service and written documentation.
Recently bought four new tires and had our Honda Accord serviced at home in Pennsylvania before heading down south to Hilton Head for a couple of weeks. After the first week an alert popped up indicating to calibrate our tires and the braking system needed checked ASAP. Great customer service, Sue in the service department is pleasant to talk with. She introduced herself via text message. Nehuel Coronel sales associate was very patience, knowledgeable and told us the in’s and out concerning the buying process. If you looking for a vehicle go visit Hilton Head Honda.
The service was performed completely and in a timely fashion, considering that they were slightly because I had a call out technician, I was very pleased with the service, the attention from the service director. I have been there several times in the past and I will continue to Have my vehicle service there.
