Review of Hilton Head Health I recently had the pleasure of spending a week at Hilton Head Health with my sister, and it was an experience I'll cherish forever. Staff members were nice. Comfortable and spotless rooms were provided. There is insufficient proximity to the beach from the resort's position. If you are looking for a place to recharge your mental health, I would not suggest this one. Physical health is its primary focus. It was not in my best interest to pay the amount I did for the quantity I received.
Let me start by saying this was a sister trip for us and we weren't sure what to expect. We all needed to get healthier in different areas so it sounded great. The cost had us going back and forth, but, after spending a week at H3 we wholeheartedly agreed it was worth every single penny! Many of the reviews used the words 'life changing.'
