I booked a 2 day 3 night vacation get away to listen to a 90 min presentation with Palmera Vacation Club I was told that it was $150 deposit that would be returned and $100 deposit at the hotel that would be returned me and my wife specifically ask if there was anything else we have to pay before paying the deposit and agreeing we were told no so we arrive at Palmera in a suites they tell us we have to pay the $75 in taxes and fees we were so mad and was told it was in our agreement email that was sent which it isnt unless y... read more
personally witnessed a golf cart driver act in a completely disrespectful and unprofessional manner toward a family. The driver came out of nowhere, began yelling at them, made racist comments, and then drove off instead of taking responsibility for their behavior. There were children and elderly family members present, which made the situation even more disturbing. Ashley provided remarkable customer service and helped to ensure that my wife and I’s vacation started off spectacularly. She went above and beyond to help us get our bikes reserved and ready for us to use for the week. Truly amazing and grateful that HHGS employs such talented individuals.
Giving a big shout out to John Del Tufo!!! He did a great job. He took us over to Quest where we joined a wonderful vacation club. John saw us the next day and followed up with us to be sure we were taken care of. He showed outstanding customer service!
John Deltufo is amazing. Told us the best stops and even gave us a ride to the beach!
