We just spent a week at HHI at a Hilton Head Guest Services property and we were absolutely impressed with them. The employees were all very attentive and focused on ensuring we had a great experience. They were responsive and had lots of great offerings for us to take advantage of foe various activities. I highly recommend them!
Ms Danielle Jacobs was exceptional. Her care to detail and clients' needs went far beyond one could imagine. She brought a ray of sunshine.
Stay away from this company. I thought I was booking a free 2-night stay where I just needed to listen to a timeshare pitch. I made it extremely clear over the phone it was just for me, and even though I was technically ineligible under their terms due to being single, one of their office workers still booked me for the presentation under the guise that I'd get my $150 deposit back afterwards. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay the room was nice. My husband enjoyed the kitchen more. We will definitely come back. Danielle was awesome and so nice with information about the island and places to go and the gifts were very appreciated.
