Dr. Gilbreath and staff are exceptional as always.
A doctor is as good as his staff; nurses, PA, office workers and especially billing department. This is the absolute worst office staff due to incompetence I have ever experienced. After 2 hour wait PA scheduled an emergency procedure. All was scheduled until the billing department called and refused to accept my Anthem BCBS insurance because their computer said it was not my primary provider! This doctor was recommended for my colonoscopy . There was no problem scheduling the initial appointment; however, now that I am ready to schedule the procedure I can not get the practice to return my phone calls. It has been over a month with leaving several messages that I would like to schedule the procedure. No return calls. Found another doctor at Coastal Carolina and they have actual staff that answer the phone and schedule appointments!
