I am currently being treated by PA Christy Nelson. She has been very helpful in explaining my symptoms and recommending a path forward. Her demeanor has made me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend Christy without hesitation.
1. They never answer their phone or return phone calls. 2. They are rude and dismissive. 3. The girls in the office will speak about you rudely in Spanish. I speak Spanish and I heard this several times when I have come into the office and am in the waiting room. 4. Was a good first visit. Check in was efficient. Waited only an extra 15 minutes from appointment time to be seen. PA Christy was professional and pleasant. Explained what to expect for upcoming procedures. Waiting room is a bit underwhelming. Could use a refresh.
They expected me to fill out their antiquated forms again when I proactively completed prior to my visit due to THEIR inability to input into their system??? Waste of time, I’ll find another specialist. Won’t be surprised if they bill me regardless of their deficiency.
