As always, very professional, listen and resolve issues. It is easy to contact and get an appt. This practice is AWESOME!
Dr Christian was Terrific! He asked a bunch of questions and never did I feel rushed, as he listened carefully to my responses. Dr Christian walked me through the scope going through my nose & down my throat the entire way. A true professional that I am so happy I booked an appt with.
I didnt have to wait to be seen. I was taken back before the actual appointment time. All of the staff were exceptional at the offices in Bluffton and Beaufort. Highly recommend.
Charleston ENT is very professional & caring about their patients. I first met for a repeat visit with the audiologist. There is a huge difference between an audiologist with a degree and all of the knowledge of anatomy and physiology ofthe ear & the hearing center of the brain and that of a person in a hearing center inside a big box store where they are trained to administer hearing tests (ambient store noise audible no matter what) and to sell hearing aids.
