Professional, patient centered, flexible scheduling for recurrent appts. I have been a patient for over 4 years.
During my first visit to the Bluffton offices I saw Lisa Crouch, Audiologist and Dr. James Russell. I was favorably impressed with both and received the best of care. The facilities were impressive and well equipped. I strongly recommend Charleston ENT & Allergy without reservation.
The office is very well run. I had difficulty with a portion of the registration page, online. I stopped by their office to seek assistance. They were very pleasant and helpful. Their offices are in a new building, its very nice. On the day of my first appointment I was greeted warmly. I met with the doctor who was very welcoming and caring. He genuinely seemed to care about my needs. I feel blessed...
