I experienced excellent service from reception , testing and Dr Russell. I highly recommend.
I was recently referred to Dr. Maurer at Charleston ENT and immediately thought of the long wait to get in front of of the doctor. Within two days I had a call from the office to set up an appointment which was 10 days out, as expected. The call was very professional and was over in a matter of minutes, including a link to set up their patient portal. Great service. I brought my mother-in-law for audiologic testing which went very well and for a second visit to check out her hearing aids and the audiologists were excellent.
