We left this practice because of the very poor office staff. I don’t recommend this practice in either of their offices.
I love this office! I have been coming to Dr.Lawless for over 5 years and have never had a bad experience. Dr. Lawless and his staff are truly amazing and very helpful when it comes to insurance. I had a tremendous fear of the dentist growing up, but that all changed once I joined his practice. He is very gentle, welcoming and does not do unnecessary treatment.
I recently moved to Sun City. Had call this office requesting information for a possible appointment. I was treated very kindly. From the moment I stepped in the office everyone was very welcoming and professional. Also both hygienist and Doctor took time to explained my necessary treatment and showed by X-rays and pictures for me to understand. If we get into all the details, it would take pages. To briefly summarize: Before we moved to S.C. we had our dentist take full mouth x-rays. A year later it was time for dental cleaning. Dr. Lawless’s office said to effect; ‘need x-rays’. They were sent…but…, ‘the doctor said they are fuzzy, we need new clear ones. Cost $140.00 apiece.’ We paid, sat in chair, x-rays taken. I just had the best experience at a dental office. Had an accident and call many office to find someone to see me, Dr lawless’s office was the only office empathetic with my situation. From the moment I stepped in the staff was great and treated me with respect. The interaction with Dr Lawless was very professional. My emergency was taken care and I can smile again. We need more people in the dental field like your staff. Thank you, I know I just found my forever office.
