Over two hours just to change my oil.
The staff is AMAZING!!!!! I went there this morning in a panic bc my key fob battery died on me and I couldn't turn my car off in fear I couldn't start it again. I ran inside in a panic and the sweetest lady helped me in 2 sec. She totally made my morning. Even though it was an easy fix she saved my day. I didn't get her name but that woman deserves a raise and free lunch. Thank you angel lady for saving my day!
I am extremely upset with my experience at BMW of Hilton Head. My husband brought our vehicle in and was clearly told that the diagnostic fee would go toward the repair cost. That was a major factor in agreeing to move forward. However, when he went to pay, he was blindsided and told that the diagnostic fee would NOT be applied and still had to be paid separately. Charged over $550 for a tire rotation after they said they didn’t have the correct BMW wheel lock key. Almost there for 4 hours for a tire rotation and charged $500 in labor. Definitely taken advantage of.
