DO NOT RENT – We placed our bike order and for the first and only two days we had the bikes we were unable to go for a bike rides. The first day when we went to go for a ride we didn't have helmets. Since it was after 5 we could not get helmets. The second day we headed out for a ride around 4:00 and the kids trailer tire was flat. I called the company and asked if there was anything they could do for us since we have been out for 2 days on our bikes. Great Service! We called around 10 am and our bikes were delivered that same day, around two hours later. It was wonderful, we didn't have to wait for them to come either, they chained them right outside our unit and left the codes for the locks under the mat. Fast and convenient.
