Great service, fair pricing.
Chris, Bryant & the guys have been working on my vehicles for over a year now. They are always honest & try their best to keep the cost down for me. I had 1 vehicle that causes me quite the trouble but I love it & they always welcome me with open arms... even if we can't get it pin pointed what the problem is, they will trouble shoot to figure it out &get it fixed. I really appreciate their expertise, their great customer service & their honesty.
I recommend you not go there I took my car there to get a oil leak fixed and spark plugs done and spark plug wires later on that day I took my car to Advance Auto Parts to get the codes from the engine light and one of the codes were from cylinder 3 I call them to see if they can check on the spark plugs that they replace and they told me it's $100 to come back in for them to check it and I just paid $750 to their shop and my oil in my car still leaks so I wasted $750 and had nothing fix I'm pissed I won't recommend no one t... read more
If it isn't broke don't fix it but if it is broke take it to Hilton Head Auto Techs,LLC. Bryant's team does a great job in repairing your vehicle and the staff is courteous and in the know of your auto needs. I just posted this several different places but want to spread the word on what a great place this is! I am so happy I found this auto shop!!! I broke down in my car and the owner and his wife saw me and walked from their home to help me. He checked my car out and let me know I had gas with some trash in it and not to worry. He then told me to stop by his shop the following day and he would give me something to help clean it out. It doesn't get more honest or kind than this! We were visiting HHI and my brakes were shot. I normally do my own work and don't really trust many auto service shops. Since I was from out of town and desperate, I was sure that I was in for a ride. Bryant took great care of me in very short notice, and didn't recommend any more work than necessary. I'd recommend them to anyone, and I'm really picky.
