Amazing views and staff, a must see for yourself, oh yea the restaurants are pretty good as well.
I was really looking forward to our stay here, but the experience was marred by confusing policies and unprofessional staff. We were told our resort bands included beach amenities. However, when we went to get chairs, the staff quoted us $30. When I showed my "grey" band (expecting it to be included), the price suddenly jumped to $60, with the claim that the band only provided a "discount" off a much higher rate, unlike a blue band. Good prices great pools good attractions
Resort is beautiful and great staff. Loved the movie theatre and played in arcade for sometime too. Location is super convenient. Only thing that could make it better would be if the room was a little cleaner. Needs a deep clean, dust and dirty feet from floor.
