We had a long standing bad experience with HGVC timeshare ownership €£. No recommended for any body to purchase HGV timeshares - The sales team, notary and everyone there involved in the selling of the timeshare had said many things that were not true, * many fees hidden, annual and reservations * lots of restrictions not said, hidden, for the selection of locations and dates when doing reservations * annual extracost on the time share * every year increases in the maintenance fees * every year all the sudden extra charges f... read more
We had a wonderful stay at your Resort!! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Different desk staff were absolutely amazing, so very helpful with every request. Big shout out to Chevatia and Barbara!!! They really help with your great reputation! You know, it's girls a raise!!!
Been coming here over 20 years. Used to be so much better. Every time it’s sold the prices go up and the amenities and service go down.
