We enjoyed the community and stay but did have some rough issues with the room quality and comfort. First night was freezing and we had to buy space heaters for remaining days. Not a relaxing stay for us.
Excellent experience from beginning to end. The hotel is beautiful, with immaculate facilities and an extraordinary staff. The kindness, professionalism, and dedication of every team member made our stay truly unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning soon. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We spent a couple of days in a two-bedroom at Hilton Grand Vacations Club at Sandestin and had a wonderful experience. I especially wanted to give a shoutout to Sky, the manager, who was incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. The property is beautiful and in a fantastic location — walkable to Baytowne Wharf restaurants, shops, and entertainment.
