Go anywhere else. Sleep in your car. This is the grossest hotel I have ever checked in to. I feel bad leaving such a bad review but this place needs to be leveled. Room smelled gross. All carpets destroyed. Stains on carpets and mattresses. “Something” on the picture frames. Bathroom was worse than a gas station… rusty and smelled like sewage. Embarrassment to say the least. We walked in and walked out. Never abandoned a room before.
We just didn't care for the hotel. I consider it too pricey. Breakfast not included. Hilton hotels and have thoroughly enjoyed them add breakfast has always been included.
Everyone I came in contact with was extremely helpful Miss Jody with getting me checked in and Miss Val for all her assistance and the lovely bartender from Alaska and Chef were kind with epic customer service and the food and drinks were fresh and amazing !!! We will definitely return when visiting Valdosta thank you 🙏
This place is a toilet. Stayed here a total of 6 nights over 2 separate weeks in two different rooms. Both rooms were very perfumey using the plug in air fresheners in an attempt to mask musty smells, as well as wet dog smells. There was also the faint odor of cigarettes. The carpet in the halls is extraordinary dirty. The water coming out of the taps and showers smells like mold or mildew. You’ll not even brush your teeth using it.
