This hotel’s shower has NO HOT WATER. Stated for 4 nights and had to shower with non-freezing water all 4 nights. Work was really busy so I had no time to ask if it was just my room or not. Hotel is a bit old but clean. NO FREE BREAKFAST as all other Hilton Harden Inn, $9.99 for continental breakfast but with much less food varieties than before or compared to even Hampton inn. Did not see the signature waffle, guess they don’t have that any more?
Amazing staff, very clean rooms, kids loved the pool. They saved us from having to stay at a lesser hotel near them. If I’m back in broken arrow again this will be my first hotel of choice.
