Awful experience. Starting at the front desk, no sense of customer service, terrible attitude. Then for a week of my stay there was to housekeeping. Not a single day my room was cleaned. The breakfast is about 22 dollars for a very bad buffet and on top of that they almost force you to leave a tip by the constant reminder that the tip is not included in the already overpriced meal. Service and personnel are friendly and professional. House keeping let's you out the garbage liners in yourself. Got water was nonexistent in my room. The restaurant had great tasting food and the staff are courteous. Parking is ok but getting to the hotel is a one way deal and navigating to and from can be a hassle. The TV has better channel choices and streaming options than some other Hiltons I've stayed at which is very nice to have. Others, no complaints.
