I have stayed here for 7 days. I highly recommend this hotel. It's the best I've ever stayed in. Very good staff. It's clean, safe, and the underground secure parking garage makes it amazing.
Let me start by saying that I rarely rate hotels this low unless I’ve truly had a negative experience but this particular stay made my three days in Virginia a complete nightmare. When I checked in on Friday, the front desk staff was pleasant and the process went smoothly. However, the problems began as soon as I reached my room.
