Great hotel. Close to the airport. Took the shuttle service and from door to door was maybe 8 minutes. Clean and very nice.

Everything was fine except the TV....it would freeze every 20-30 minutes. Sometimes it would reset itself, sometimes it needed our help. This was on the regular channels.

I booked a room for Monday and Tuesday night ($475/night including parking). My work schedule changed and I called the property to change my reservation to Tuesday - Friday. I was put on hold for more than 10 mins twice by a lady with an Arab accent (no name). I called back a third time and she finally decided to speak with me. I told her the situation and she put me on hold again for 30 mins. At the 30min point the call ended. I called back again and she told me I need to speak with the front desk. Very close to airport, metro, and all the "sights". Clean and friendly. Parking is terrible (and expensive), but that seems to be a theme here in DC. Great service and very clean.
