Hotel charged me extra for amenities I didn’t use and when the charge didn’t go through they called at 7:46 in the morning, the locking mechanism on my door died and got locked out of my room for 30 minutes, and on my 2nd night I had a bunch of loud kids screaming until midnight in the room next to us
Really not worth the money.
Ironing board was broken didn't get my points and they're cleaning skills are horrible there was food stains on the couch there was a used wash rag hanging on the shower curtain rod and there is a feces stain on my white towel. The counter person that checked me in was amazing and the bed and pillows were super comfy I'll never stay here again though.
