Trying to get a hotel room in the Arizona area can be daunting, with prices going through the roof. Fortunately, I was able to find this place. At one of the cheapest prices I've seen, even with its low price they still maintain the integrity of the Hilton name. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I am in town.
1. Beds were not changed twice (lie #1) -complained about dirty sheets and the cleaning lady just refolded my sheets instead of replacing the sheets (had to redo them in person ) 2. Missing bags (lie #2/3) -No bags and was told by both the cleaning lady and supervisor that they don’t put bags on their 3. Stains and hairs everywhere ( see pics) -some were red and the cleaning supervisor wiped them down 4. I asked to be moved to ”Home2” and was denied Go to the Home2 in Queen Creek, way nicer but a short drive out of town
Great Location and view was great. Room was huge and very clean. Didn't love the fact you had to pay for parking. They should advertise that at booking. Great breakfast was a plus
