Worst location ever had a issue with the room front desk started yelling gave me attitude hung up when I went down there she threatened to kick me out refused to send services didn't answer any further room calls refused the manager contact I had to contact hilton honors to get anywhere and got moved to a better hotel worst experience ever and I stay at alot of hotels as I travel for work. My wife and I tried to host our wedding guests at this hotel, arranged everything months ahead of time. Met with their event coordinator and she said they would keep the bar open late for an after party for us, could provide shuttles to the venue, and booked us a nice wedding night room. When we arrived on our wedding weekend, shuttles were nowhere to be found, our suite we were promised was not given to us instead a basic connected hotel room (not AT ALL what you want on your wedding night) and the bar closed early.
