Nothing wrong with this place, but costs too much for a basic room without included breakfast.
I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Melissa during my stay at the Hilton, and I can honestly say she made my experience unforgettable! Due to a family emergency, I reached out to the hotel in good faith to reschedule my reservation. Not only was the staff uncooperative, but they also misrepresented their ability to assist with the change. Despite my efforts to work through the proper channels, I was met with inflexibility and ultimately charged a $170 cancellation fee. The lack of compassion and transparency during an already stressful time was deeply disappointing and reflects poorly on their customer service standards.
