Good location near 95 on 100. Lots around. Beautiful salt water fish tank in the lobby. Rude people slamming heavy room doors at 3ish in the morning each night we were there. Ac in king suite didn't seem to be working at full capacity near the door. Not a complaint just a statement :)
We had a great time on a little “staycation” here at the Hilton Garden Inn Palm Coast. We were visiting from Jacksonville as a kid free weekend and this hotel was close to everything. We enjoyed hanging out at the hotel bar, Marcus was a fantastic bar tender. The rooms were clean and spacious. Food from the hotel restaurant was good, a little pricey for the portion sizes but not unexpected from a hotel restaurant. We would definitely choose to stay here again.
Great hotel staff are wonderful and helpful
Due to a family emergency, I reached out to the hotel in good faith to reschedule my reservation. Not only was the staff uncooperative, but they also misrepresented their ability to assist with the change. Despite my efforts to work through the proper channels, I was met with inflexibility and ultimately charged a $170 cancellation fee. The lack of compassion and transparency during an already stressful time was deeply disappointing and reflects poorly on their customer service standards.
