I stayed at this location from December 23rd until December 30th. I had a King room. The one star is due to the only bright spot, which is the front desk staff. We had a very early arrival, at around 10:30am , and the staff lets us check in early, and only charged a small fee. The rest of our stay was not unpleasant, but we got mixed information about cleaning service. One clerk told us its was only every three days, another that it was only on request. You asked how you can improve: Water pressure and temperature in the shower (Stayed with you twice and both rooms had this issue). A couple extra towels would be nice, not the bare minimum. 5 stars is exemplary, I don't hand them out for showing up.

Room was very clean. Lobby attendant was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was closed. The bar was closed and the pool was closed. The bed was comfortable and we were only staying one night but it would have been nice if the bar would have been open. And the shampoo dispenser was also empty so a little underwhelmed with this visit.

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Hilton Garden Inn am Flughafen Huntsville. Die Zimmer sind groß, modern, sauber und wirklich komfortabel – genau so, wie man es sich in dieser Preisklasse wünscht. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und aufmerksam. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Frühstück: kein Standard-Buffet, sondern frisch zubereitetes Ordered Food, sehr persönlich und hochwertig.
