After dealing with the horrible situation from our previous motel we had booked through priceline the staff at Hilton-Madison were wonderful! She was so informative! She understood our needs and booked us the most quiet and comfortable room ever! Everything was stocked, sparkling and inviting! I just wish we would have booked this place in the beginning! The workers were friendly, and the place is nice, especially for a short stay. The only problem was that room 311 has a showerhead that drips onto a metal drain, which is quite loud, and what appears to be mold growing around the base of the shower.
They worked on my blinds an hour and let me know I have to deal with them open all night. Diamond member for 4+ years. Never had this terrible of service. AC also sounded like a helicopter taking off. They stated someone would contact me from management, they never did. I asked for help and was told there was nothing they could do to help me.
