Just wanted to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to Ondrea at the front desk I came in with a friend who booked a room at the Hilton when I say her customer service was top notch I mean exactly that she held a conversation asked what brought us in today and had a great sense of humor literally made us laugh the short time we we were at the desk!!! Hey, if you're staying in the Huntsville area, and like Hilton's this is a good one. Great staff.
I have stayed here in multiple occasions for work and every time is great. Megan at the restaurant/bar is always amazing. my most recent stay I had an exceptional experience from Heidy Lara. She was sweet and very courteous.
