Absolutely loved our stay here, we stayed for five nights in total. The hotel is clean, comfortable and welcoming. The staff are all helpful and friendly. Check in was quick and easy. The rooms are well equipped with coffee machine, refrigerator, two comfy queen sized beds, large television. The hotel is very quiet, we had a fantastic nights sleep. We are very pleased for the excellent service provided by the staff, especially the front desk team. They were friendly, polite and extremely helpful throughout our stay. The check-in process was smooth, and they were very accommodating to our needs. The hotel is clean and well maintained, and conveniently located. Would glad to stay here again.
Shout out to Gidget for helping us organize an event to celebrate our mother's birthday. Responsive, accommodating, and thorough, Gidget got our event room, catering, dance floor, and decor all settled. Our guests were impressed and our mother was happy with the outcome. Many stayed at the hotel, including us, and our rooms were clean and comfortable. All of the staff we interacted with were kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. Thank you Gidget and Hilton Garden Inn for an unforgettable weekend!
Rooms are decent. The bar is convenient and Peachy and the front desk staff are friendly & accommodating.
HORRID customer service from the Boy at the front desk. He gives the HILTON brand a bad reputation. Making faces like a 2 year old, walking away from the customer in mid sentence stomping away like a five year old is a very surprising experience for a Hilton. No respect for customers and no pride in his job. To top it off the room was very stuffy and smelled as well as large sections of the hallways.
