Very friendly and comfortable hotel. Front desk staff were super friendly. They sell local goods at their marketplace area. Pub food was good and affordable. Chicken pot pie was an unexpected yummy meal.

The hotel is located a comfortable short drive from all of the things to do in the city but is in a quiet location near shopping and restaurants including a really nice restaurant connected to the hotel. Only one towel per person. Bathroom very small tub was rusty. Ice machines were out of order. Trouble reaching reception desk.
Way better n cleaner than any other dates/rundown Hilton brand associated property The worst is Homewood suites at Pinehurst,NC
At 11pm, a loud and sudden crash out of nowhere came from our bathroom. One of the sliding shower doors had collapsed and shattered everywhere. As we did not know what it was, I went to investigate the sound. Glass had shattered into the walkway outside of the bathroom, which I stepped on, cutting my foot and embedding several shards of glass of varying sizes.
