Mary at the front desk was wonderful with customer service, she was fabulous. We did note that our room, 325, the door was extremely hard to open and we had to have the maintenance man come open the door for us, we did report that to the front desk again, Mary at the front desk was wonderful at checkin and check out.

Pool was broken for over a week during our stay. Short term would have been fine; long term needed at least an agreement for their guests to swim at another hotel as weather was over 95 degrees daily. Whenever you saw hotel Staff if you did not go out of your way to greet them they did not say even hello; it was awkward and surprising.
