Check in was extremely painful. The lady at front desk was very slow. Had to wait 30 mins
Booked a meeting room for a celebration of life for my Mother. We were taken care of by Zakiyah and we cannot speak highly enough on her kindness, attention to detail and all the work she put in, helping our family book rooms, adjust reservations, opening the bar early and making sure all our needs were met. Highly recommend!
The rooms are very clean. I wiped everything down and didn't discover any dirt. I think they're short staffed because when we returned in the evening someone must has spilled the pot of coffee or left the valve open. A cone was placed in the area. When we came down for breakfast about 8:30 AM we found the coffee was still all over the floor. Having not eaten the dsy before I was famished. Breakfast was a huge disappointment unfortunately.
