The automated controls were not working (thermostat, blinds). Room was very large, and looked out over the stream, but wasn't very well lit. The mini fridge had been pulled completely out of it's cabinet and was a tripping and cord hazard. Pretty noisy being right about outdoor seating. Nice to be so close for Illuvia water/lights show. Nice interiors except one of the elevator summoning buttons didn't work. The area around the hotel smelled awful. Great location, had a lot going on when we visted , live music each night with walking distance, a great walking area's, paths etc. Water park in walking distance. Just over all nice. Parking is hectic due to the ongoing visters to the areas activities.
Parking here is a nightmare if they are having an event at the conference center. Poorly designed in/out access.
Our stay was extremely disappointing. On the first night, the AC in our room didn’t work. Maintenance came and mentioned that the units malfunction often, then reset it. But about an hour later it stopped working again. By that point, maintenance had already left, and we were told there were no other rooms available and nothing more could be done.
