Hotel is new and rooms are decent for the price. The hotel staff, specifically the manager (Christy) was rude, argumentative and all around completely unhelpful. The task was simply checking into two hotel rooms and it turned into alot of back and forth that was unnecessary and was even worse when attempting to change the card on file. She is either woefully incompetent or intentionally counter productive. We were in town for a wedding and I cannot say enough about this hotel. It was so clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, coffee in the morning, cookies in the afternoon and areas to lounge around instead of your room. I am a snob for cleanliness working for a company who develops, designs and builds hotels and truly appreciate all of the work that goes into this hotel. Thank you!
