Clean and well maintained hotel with a friendly and caring staff. Highly recommend!
The rooms were great. But the price is wrong, the breakfast isn't free, and the pool wasn't available. 200 for one night and I dont get free breakfast? Staff was great
I messed up booking my room here. I picked the day before I was supposed to be there. Honest mistake. They refused to not charge me, so I ended up having to pay for 2 days because they wouldn't understand a simple mistake. I'll just stick to Marriott from now on, they don't screw you for a simple mistake. As far as the reply, I did not review the wrong hotel. I booked it under my wife's name. Booked a room checking in 3/2 for work travel, made the reservation 2/24 and canceled 2/26 to change the dates of the stay. Was inside of the cancellation window so hotel held firm on the charges for 3/2 and wanted me to rebook for new dates. I Travel 80-100 nights a year and most all hotels are willing to work with travelers on changes. Cost them 5 additional rooms, drop in the bucket to them I know but CS at Hilton brands has greatly declined over the last 12 months. We were victims of the long power outage in the Nashville area from our last ice storm and were looking for a place to escape The frigid cold. We were lucky enough to find this hotel and we had had actually stayed in this hotel a couple times before when we had lost power during weather incidents. Their rooms are great.
