Card machine didn't work. :( ended up waiting over an hour for check in. Otherwise they allowed me in after intervention from travel agency. Person was lovely to deal with though. :)
We checked the hotel prices on the booking app and saw that the room was listed for about half the price we were quoted at the front desk. When we mentioned this to the receptionist, we were asked to wait. After some time, we were told to book through the app instead. However, when I went back into the app, it suddenly showed that all rooms were sold out. It appeared that the receptionist had blocked the rooms in the system and was not being honest with us. Smell free, clean hallways and rooms. Great breakfast quality food. I wish more hotels were this quality oriented and not charge your first born
It is very clean and the staff work hard to make the rooms spotless. It is in a very convenient place, having a nice view of the hills and town. The breakfast is also very delicious. I enjoyed every minute spent here.
Great location with good Indian store and market in walking distance
