The Hilton Garden Inn in Fremont is a serene, unpretentious property that is tucked away in an industrial area. Although the location itself is a bit more remote than I would have liked, it is still very cozy and quiet, and the rooms are very relaxing with zen decor. Their website says "free buffet style breakfast", thats anything from free. 21$ per person for rest home food. We could have feasted elsewhere for the heafty bill we were charged. And they want a tip? For selfserve? Other than that, the room was nice and sorta clean
Close to the 680. Large room, mini-fridge, large TV, small but sufficient work area. The A/C was very good, and for me being able to set the fan to always on was great. A plus was the restaurant downstairs (after being on the road, no need to get in the car again), we had pasta, steak/fries, and pulled pork street tacos with tomato bisque soup, all good!
