The Hilton Garden is a lovely hotel in Fayetteville. You can buy breakfast there and they have a small bar. The staff is very friendly, particularly Liz! I love how they support Arkansas University Razorbacks with lots of Hog decorations!
Came here for a convention. Was here for about 4 hours. Bathrooms were out of soap the whole time and paper towel machine doesn’t work. I won’t stay here or have family stay here based on this experience.
Service was terrible! Reservation was canceled by the staff before I even made it on location and had to stay in a different room assigned by them. They did not recognize my diamond status and constantly pestured me for needing to service my room. I work grueling thirds as well and they would annoy me the minute I would get to sleep. They also did not allow me any sort of late checkout. If you must stay in the area, the Holiday Inn next door looks like a better choice.
