The staff was very kind and professional.
Had a fine stay. However, I left a necklace (which is not valuable, but is sentimental and includes portraits of my children). We have called multiple times to inquire about it and have been given the run around about housekeeping not being there yet, or “oh we will call you back!” We have heard nothing. Very disappointed.
