Excellent service great location close to everything.
Das Hotel ist schon etwas abgewohnt und die Zimmer könnten Mal wieder renoviert werden. Beim Frühstück war es sehr kalt und die Auswahl war ziemlich eingeschränkt. Die Lage des Hotels ist aber sehr gut (Einkaufscenter, Flughafen).
My family and I came here to lodge for the weekend due to a funeral in our family. The check in was easy and we were provided with great customer service. The room was clean and we were able to smell how fresh it was. We will definitely come back here when we are in town again.
Fine customer service, cute lounge in the reception. But the mattress and pillows are completely unacceptable. Horrible insomnia. Couldn’t sleep. Affected my work schedule and obviously energy throughout my stay when I was visiting the area. How does a hotel, especially a Hilton, not invest in a comfortable bed for people to sleep in?
My truck broke down and I got stuck here for 3 days. Had a great experience. Rooms were great, service was 5 star especially Pam the breakfast lady who made sure I got my green tea each morning with hot water which Hiltons are not known for. Pam needs a raise or promoted to GM. she understands how to be friendly and actually serve the needs of the guests.
