Beautiful place and loved the room. The service was great as well. Only complaint would be the barn door on the bathroom. There isn't any privacy, you can see if through a large gap between the door and wall.
This is one of the hotels that I don’t understand why it isn’t rated higher. It’s a “new” feeling/vibe hotel in downtown Dayton that is accessible to dining, tourist stuff, and right off the I-75. Great room, super restaurant, great staff. I’ll stay here again. And - great value.
Still can not believe that a remodeled hotel, that re-opened close to 6 months before we visited, still had a room with the toilet connected to a hot water line. Front desk knew about the toilet. Just appears management didn't think it was a priority to repair.
Beautiful property, built in 1904. Unique, has a boutique feel. Great service and very well maintained. No pool if that's a big deal for you. Very nice bar on the second floor. Jason was our bartender and was great. Bed and pillows weren't particularly comfortable, only reason for 4 versus 5 stars.
