We booked our 2 night trip well in advance as we had a medical procedure planned at UC Davis. As we came into the area we noticed this location was quite a ways away from UC Davis. We immediately called to confirm. The lady we spoke with actually at the Hilton Davis Downtown with the British tone went WAY BEYOND!!!... Not only was she pleasant and professional, she assisted us with canceling our reservation at her location, she assisted us with making a new reservation 3 miles from where we needed to be. Front desk staff were great. However management may want to consider inspecting rooms. Every bed sheet and pillow case had stains. Even the ironing board cover had stains. Beds were super hard and extremely uncomfortable. Don’t recommend and I would not stay there again.
train wakes you up at 6 am, waited 20 minutes for service for breakfast to be told they don't do made to order breakfast (I thought all Hilton garden inns have that- first time ever seen this), they only have one elevator and it is out of service 50% of the time, they make you scan a QR code and waste another 10 minutes of time to pay for parking at the hotel. abysmal experience
