We stopped at this hotel on our way to a different vacation in New York and it was very nice with friendly staff, a rather large room with a wonderful view of the river. Walkable to downtown Corning.
We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Our room was clean, spacious, and well appointed. The front desk staff we encountered were friendly and professional. The hotel is also very convenient to the museum and a short stroll over the river into the cute downtown. We also traveled with cats and there were no issues - the room was safe and secure for them. We had a 5-star hotel experience with the staff here and the sleep was good, gym and pool both clean and new, and probably the best breakfast service we've experienced for a while. Need to blaze your AC on? Have a blast. If you're a parent, and the waiter gets you extra plates and napkins, and water right after your kid's juice orders... the attention to detail without asking was a big surprise - thanks Michael.
Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located to the glass museum and downtown. We would be happy to stay again and recommend to others.
