**We love this hotel. And we’ve been staying here for many years now on our visits to Corning 2 to 3 times every single year. But this year, I was very affected by something they did in customer service. The room we were given last night is our room with large windows that have the lights right outside of them that light up the building. This blazing light starts at sunset and end at sunrise. We had a great time at this hotel. It's very clean and well appointed, and the staff is friendly. We use the Hilton app and so were able to check in and check out without having to stop at the front desk. We stayed in a suite which was perfect for myself and my 19 year old; I had the separate bedroom and they used the sofa bed. There are two big screen TVs and two bathrooms, so we had plenty of space.
