I don't even know where to start....seriously. This is one of the best hotel stays we ever had!! And we travel to small towns ALOT! First of all, from the moment we walked in the staff was welcoming, professional, and accommodating. I am disabled and they offered helpful suggestions and assistance. The staff here is truly unbelievable - every single staff person we encountered said hello, smiled, wanted to be helpful. Definitely one of the nicest Hilton Garden Inns I've stayed at and the nicest hotel I've stayed at for Watkins Glen races.
Just a one night stay but really enjoyed it. The staff I interacted with were amazing.
Absolutely ruined our first night in NY. Went out of my way to book a stop with a pool for kids - NOT NOTICE OF POOL CLOSING WHEN CHECKING IN!!! Wasted THREE HOURS with a sign that said it would open soon and then the hotel took another HALF AN HOUR TO ADDRESS ME!!!!! I finally was able to leave and find a better hotel; our dinner is cold and it is late - had any of this been addressed when I checked in I could have figured out alternatives and NOT WASTED TIME FOOD AND MONEY
