Arrived at 7:50 pm, already checked in online earlier in the day but no electronic key issued so we stopped at the front desk to get a key… told room was not ready upon our arrival … noticed others waiting in the lobby area (one of which was a diamond Hilton honors member on the phone with corporate who’s reservation was canceled) all waiting on their rooms. Nice, clean hotel. Convenient location. Service at the front desk needs a lot of work before I will stay again.
It is a good hotel, I like the friendly staff and the clean and new rooms.
