The staff was nice despite Hilton's global system being down
These people are legitimately awesome.
My daughter’s car was vandalized while we were staying here. Apparently this is very common and has been occurring for months! Which makes you ask why the company has not taken better security actions.
I was a little nervous about staying here when I read some of the reviews, so you can imagine my delight when the parking was plentiful, the check-in was a breeze, the staff was pleasant, the facility was clean including the rooms, there was a nice big shower with great water pressure, Crabtree and Evelyn products, and efficient coffee maker with Dunkin' Donuts coffee, and as comfortable a mattress, sheets and comforter as I've ever used in any hotel and I have traveled all over the world.
