We had such a wonderful stay! All the staff were so helpful and kind, they went above and beyond to make our trip easier. They kindly arranged a late check-out, organised a taxi, and even helped carry my baby cot into the taxi, which was greatly appreciated. Housekeeping did a fantastic job as well; the room was spotless and very comfortable. On top of that, the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Great view from the top floor jetty side, a few staff weren't very friendly but majority were ok ,buffet breakfast was ok has a good range of pastries and hot and cold food, relaxing

I'd give the hotel a 3.5 star rating. It is quite new, the staff are great, helpful, courteous and helpful. The rooms are nouveau austere, bright, compact and clean (we had a king room). Unfortunately, I couldn't get any hot water from the shower, but staff sorted that out efficiently. Parking is in the open and while marked for "guest use only", was used by others and parking was limited. There isn't any concierge service and the restaurant is only open for breakfast and dinner (meals are great). However, lunch can be order... read more

Lovely place on the waterfront. All the staff were great and Laurent in particular really looked after us. Thanks for making our stay so great.
